वार्ड नंबर-21, मिनार गेट के नजदीक छेदीवाडा मौहल्ला वार्ड नंबर-21, उपायुक्त निवास स्थान के पीछे सिविल लाइन्स वार्ड नंबर-24, गुप्तागंज बाजार वार्ड नंबर-28, खंड पृथला के गांव कटेसरा, गांव चिरवाडी में हरिजन चौपाल के नजदीक, फूलवाडी में झूटावाला बाग के नजदीक, होडल पी.एस. सदर के गांव पिंगोर, पी.एस. गदपुरी के गांव हरफली में शमशान घाट के नजदीक, गांव ककडीपुर वार्ड नंबर-2, गांव दूधौला इंडियन पब्लिक स्कूल के नजदीक, हथीन के गांव खंदावली में मेवात मॉडल स्कूल के नजदीक तथा हथीन के बास मौहल्ला वार्ड नंबर-2 में कोविड-19 पॉजीटिव केस मिलने पर संबंधित क्षेत्रों को कंटेनमेंट जोन घोषित कर दिया है।
जिला कंटेनमेंट प्लान (स्वास्थ्य विभाग) के प्रोटोकॉल के अनुसार इन क्षेत्रों में आवाजाही नियंत्रित कर दी गई है। साथ ही कोविड-19 संक्रमण से क्षेत्रवासियों के बचाव के लिए सभी आवश्यक कदम उठाए जाएंगे।
उपायुक्त के जारी आदेशों के तहत इन क्षेत्रों में पॉजीटिव केस मिलने पर कोविड-19 के संक्रमण के फैलाव को रोकने के लिए पर्याप्त आशा व आंगनवाड़ी वर्कर की टीमें डोर टू डोर स्क्रीनिंग व थर्मल स्कैनिंग करेंगी। इन क्षेत्र को पूर्णतया सेनेटाइज करने का कार्य संबंधित बीडीपीओ, नगर परिषद व नगर पालिका की ओर से किया जाएगा।
एक आंगनवाड़ी सुपरवाइजर तथा संबंधित क्षेत्र की सीडीपीओ की निगरानी में यह कार्य होगा। निर्धारित किए गए कंटेनमेंट व बफर जोन के लिए संबंधित उपमंडल के एसडीएम ओवरऑल मजिस्ट्रेट होंगे। नागरिक अस्पताल पलवल में एक कंट्रोल रूम (कोरोना वॉर रूम) स्थापित किया गया है तथा नोडल अधिकारी डा. योगेश मलिक को इस कंट्रोल रूप का इंचार्ज नियुक्त किया गया है।
कंटेनमेंट प्लान के अनुरूप सभी विभाग अपने-अपने कार्य करेंगे। स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से संक्रमण से बचाव के लिए सभी आवश्यक कार्य किए जाएंगे। इन आदेशों का उल्लंघन करने वाले अधिकारी व कर्मचारी के खिलाफ आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 56 के तहत कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
