पलवल (मुकेश कुमार हसनपुर) 01 जुलाई :- बहीन थाना ने 19 जून को गांव कौन्डल मे हवाई फायर करने व जान से मारने की धमकी देने के मामले मे मुख्य आरोपी गगन पुत्र सुन्दर निवासी गांव कोन्डल को गिरफतार किया है। आरोपी से वारदात मे प्रयोगशुदा एक देशी पिस्टल बरामद कर आरोपी को सोमवार को पेश अदालत करके जेल भेज दिया है।
प्रबन्धक थाना बहीन उप निरीक्षक रामबीर सिंह ने बताया कि यशबीर निवासी कौन्डल ने थाना मे शिकायत दर्ज कराई कि 24 जून को वह गांव मे मौजूद था कि गांव के ही गगन पुत्र सुन्दर निवासी कोन्डल ने उसके साथ झगडा व गाली गलौच किया। उसके कुछ देर बाद जब शिकायतकर्ता अपने घर पहुंचा तो आरोपी अपने कुछ साथीयों के साथ उसके घर पर आ गया तथा गोलियां चलाने लगा।
आरोपी ने जाते समय भविष्य मे जान से मारने की धमकी दी। शिकायत पर बहीन पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज करके आरोपी को गांव कौन्डल से गिरफतार कर लिया। आरोपी का कोरोना टैस्ट कराया गया। जिसकी रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने पर कल आरोपी को गिरफतार किया गया। आरोपी के कब्जा से एक देशी पिस्टल बरामद की गई। आरोपी को सोमवार को अदालत मे पेश किया गया। जहां से आरोपी को जेल भेज दिया गया।
