पलवल (मुकेश कुमार हसनपुर) 18 जून :- कोविड-19 वैश्विक महामारी के दौरान किसान कल्याण के प्रति हरियाणा सरकार की प्रतिबद्घता को लेकर दक्षिण हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम ने आपरेशन सर्कल पलवल के तहत आने वाले क्षेत्र में किसानों को बीते दो माह में 83 कनेक्शन (77 पलवल जिला व 7 नूंह जिला) में जारी किए तथा 92 किसानों को कनेक्शन देने की प्रक्रिया आरंभ कर दी। हरियाणा सरकार की इस पहल से किसानों को बिजली का कनेक्शन मिलने पर सिंचाई के कार्य में बड़ी राहत मिली है।

उपायुक्त नरेश नरवाल ने कहा कि हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल की किसानों को ट्यूबवैल कनेक्शन प्राथमिकता पर देने की घोषणा के अनुरूप दक्षिण हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम ने बीते दो माह के दौरान पलवल जिला के किसानों को कनेक्शन जारी करते हुए सिंचाई के कार्य के लिए बड़ी राहत पहुंचाई है। उन्होंने बताया कि जिन किसानों ने 31 दिसंबर 2018 तक कनेक्शन के लिए आवेदन किया था और मोटर की राशि ऑनलाइन जमा करवा दी थी। उन किसानों को निगम ने फाइव स्टार रेटिंग की मोटर सहित कनेक्शन जारी कर दिए है। दक्षिण हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम के आपरेशन सर्कल पलवल के इस कार्य से किसानों को सिंचाई के लिए बड़ी राहत मिली है।
थ्री स्टार मोटर के लिए भी किसानों से मांगी सहमति
दक्षिण हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम के अधीक्षण अभियंता एसएस सांगवान ने जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि किसानों को राहत पहुंचाने के लिए हरियाणा सरकार ने एक ओर पहल करते हुए फाइव स्टार रेटिंग की बजाए थ्री स्टार रेटिंग की मोटर का अनुमोदन किया गया है। जिसके चलते सर्कल में 92 किसानों से थ्री स्टार मोटर के लिए सहमति देने का नोटिस जारी किया जा चुका है। किसानों से सहमति मिलते ही उन्हें भी कनेक्शन जारी कर दिए जाएंगे। सर्कल में 176 किसानों के आवेदनों पर कनेक्शन जारी करने की प्रक्रिया जारी है जिनमें 83 को कनेक्शन जारी कर दिए एक आवेदन पर कनेक्शन प्रक्रिया एक या दो दिन में पूरी हो जाएगी साथ ही 92 किसानों से सहमति मिलने के उपरांत ट्यूबवैल कनेक्शन शीघ्रता से जारी कर दिया जाएगा।
जितने अधिक स्टार उतनी अधिक बिजली की बचत
अधीक्षण अभियंता ने बताया कि भारत सरकार के ऊर्जा दक्षता ब्यूरो उपकरणों द्वारा बिजली की खपत को विभिन्न मानकों के आधार पर स्टार रेटिंग प्रदान करता है। किसी उपकरण को जितने अधिक स्टार मिलेंगे उसके इस्तेमाल से बिजली की उतनी कम खपत होगी। ऐसे में ट्यूबवैल कनेक्शन के साथ मिलने वाली थ्री व फाइव स्टार मोटर किसानों के लिए दीर्घकालिक मुनाफे का सौदा साबित होगी। हालांकि कम रेटिंग वाले उपकरणों की अधिक रेटिंग वाले उपकरणों की तुलना में कीमत कम हो सकती है लेकिन उपकरणों के इस्तेमाल में कम बिजली खपत होने से प्रतिमाह बिजली के बिल में बचत आती है जोकि कम रेटिंग वाले उपकरणों की तुलना में काफी किफायती पड़ती है।
